About Technical Assistance & Performance
The Technical Assistance & Performance division partners with County departments to help address challenges, implement impactful solutions, and track and evaluate performance to enhance the County’s work and improve the lives of Harris County residents.
Major responsibilities include:
- Facilitating quarterly department progress meetings
- Reporting departmental performance measures
- Supporting implementation of the Countywide strategic plan
- Providing technical assistance to County departments
- Coordinating implementation of ODonnell Consent Decree commitments
- Supporting the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council
