About Grants & Partnerships
The Grants & Partnerships Division seeks to maximize the impact of external funding and partnerships to achieve Harris County priority outcomes with equity, transparency, and accountability.
Major responsibilities include:
- Administering the investment of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds
- Supporting County departments and Court offices in seeking and administering external funding
- Advancing collaboration and engagement among County departments, stakeholders, and partners to secure external funding that furthers Harris County initiatives
