Divisions

Welcome to the Harris County Office of County Administration. At the heart of OCA’s operations are dedicated divisions that include: Operations, Sustainability, Research & Analysis (RAD), Grants & Partnerships (GAP), and Technical Assistance & Performance (TAP). By organizing the Office of County Administration into targeted divisions, we foster collaboration and alignment within OCA and with our fellow county departments and stakeholders. This strategic organizational plan allows us to optimize services, enhance efficiency, and ultimately better serve the needs of the residents of Harris County.
