Harris County Pollution Control Services Department (PCS) and the Office of County Administration (OCA) will hold a ceremonial groundbreaking to mark the first site of the County’s new community solar program—Affordable Community Energy (ACE). ACE will cut electricity bills by approximately 20% for income-qualified households across the county.
