Bring your broken items to our Repair Café, where volunteer repair coaches are on hand to help repair them free of charge. We have tools and commonly needed materials on hand during the event. We cannot guarantee we can fix everything, but we are pretty sure you will have a good time while you are here. Some examples of potential items that can be fixed include:
- Electrical items: Lamps; hair dryers; plug, switch and power cord repairs; clocks; fans; games and toys.
- Clothes and Textiles: Replace buttons; patch holes or tears; mend blankets and quilts; and perform minor repairs on dolls or stuffed animals.

Participant Walk-Ins are welcome as well.
We will also be collecting electronics for recycling at this event. If you have unused handheld devices that you'd like to get rid of, we can recycle them for you! Just bring them along to the event.
- Devices we recycle: Cell phones, smartphones, iPods or other MP3 players, iPads or other tablets, Wi-Fi hotspots, Handheld gaming devices, GPS, Electronic accessories such as chargers, Bluetooth headsets, etc.
The Repair Café will be in the library meeting room.
